| 1 1/2 cup 1 cup 3 Tb 1/2 tsp 1 tsp 6 Tb 1 Tb 1 tsp 1 cup | Flour White sugar Hershey's unsweetened cocoa Salt Baking soda Cooking oil Vinegar Vanilla Water |
| Oven Temp ~ 350° Baking Time ~ 35 Min. |
In a medium-mixing bowl, mix ALL ingredients together (by hand) until well blended.
Pour mixture into un-greased pan and bake in a PRE-HEATED oven,
until toothpick comes out clean from center.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream on each serving.
