One Pan Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe

10 oz. jar
1/3 cup
1/4 cup
1 Tb
1 tsp
Flour
Sugar
Baking cocoa
Baking soda
Salt
Maraschino cherries
Oil
Water
Cider vinegar
Vanilla

Oven Temp ~ 350° Baking Time ~ 30 Min.
Pan Type ~ 9 inch square pan

Preheat oven,

Drain the cherries, reserving the juice; chop coarsely.

Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly in an ungreased pan. Add the "wet" ingredients (cherry juice, oil, water, vinegar, vanilla, and chopped cherries) and thoroughly blend again, scraping sides, corners, and bottom of pan well.

Bake until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool in the pan.
